For those of you who want to follow a more structured learning journey or if you are studying herbal medicine e.g. with the Heartwood Foundation/Professional course, Betonica, or other practitioner routes, you are welcome to access more practical learning through hands-on facilitated medicine making with our herbalists. We offer fortnightly workshops at the Hornbeam Centre in Walthamstow, where we gather to learn to make specific remedies with herbs of the season, and through the workshop we make supplies of medicine for the community - an energy exchange. The remedies are currently on sale at the Hornbeam. These sessions also follow a seasonal programme of healthcare-supporting themes and sharing of knowledge & experiences in community circle.
